About your role
We are looking for a new, team-oriented Clinical Trial Supply Manager who also enjoys hands-on work to join Orion’s Clinical Trial Supplies team. Clinical Trial Supplies team is responsible for the packaging, labelling, and distribution of investigational products for Orion's clinical studies.
The work location of this permanent role is in Espoo, where we have GMP facilities for packaging and labelling of investigational medicinal products.
We outsource packaging, labelling and distribution work, so your tasks will also include communication with service providers (e.g., instructing, coordinating and supervising tasks at the service provider).
Your key responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include various tasks within the Clinical Trial Supplies team, such as:
- Act as a CTS specialist in Orion’s clinical studies and be a member of the clinical study team
- Preparing label texts for investigational products
- Planning and coordinating the packaging and labelling of investigational products
- Inspecting packaging and labelling work and documents
- Organising the distribution of investigational products to clinical study sites
- Documenting, reviewing and approving different CTS documents
- Participate in the development of our operations
If CTS work is purchased from service providers:
- Participating in the evaluation of service providers and participating e.g. preparation of requests for proposals and QA-agreements
- Acting as a contact person
- Monitoring the work performed and reviewing and approving the required documents

Our expectations
This role requires:
- MSc degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- To be precise and eager to take on new tasks
- Good organizational skills, and the ability to manage your workload effectively, even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Finnish and English
